Spring 1999. The Spring 1999 conference saw the WLRA reach up to the Mile-High city. Our host was Craig Williamson and his staff from Public Service Compnay of Colorado (New Century Energies).
Fall 1999. What's hot during the day, cold at night, and visited by WLRA? Phoenix, Arizona, where WLRA attendees, hosted by Arizona Public Service, gathered on the outskirts of town to talk technical.
